When you sign in through Steam we receive your Steam ID and your public persona name and avatar — we never see your password. If you connect your match history, you provide an optional match-history auth code, which we store encrypted. We keep the demos you upload or import. For anonymous renders we store a hashed IP address for daily rate-limiting — never the raw address.
We use this data to analyze your matches, build the reels you request, show you your own history, and send the Steam DMs you opted into by friending the bot. Nothing else.
Anonymous renders expire within roughly 24 hours. Account data follows your plan's retention window. You can delete your reports at any time from My Reports.
Steam provides sign-in and profile data. YouTube is involved only when you explicitly publish a reel. Our hosting and storage providers process data on our behalf. We never sell personal data.
You can delete your reports yourself at any time. For account deletion or any data question, contact us via the appeal form or the Steam bot and we'll handle it.
